儀器描述

Cytation™ 5 結合了自動化數位顯微鏡和微量盤檢測儀。主要支援自動化活細胞培養與時序(time-lapse)造影。
顯微鏡模組可拍攝螢光、明視野、彩色明視野及相位差影像。多功能微量盤檢測儀包含全波長式及濾鏡式的檢測儀，可進行螢光、冷光及可見光偵測。 Gen5™ 軟體可控制自動化影像系統及微量盤檢測儀，並可進行影像及數據分析。

Description

Cytation™ 5 combine the microplate reader and imager, and support the automatic incubation and washer/dispenser system. This system mainly support automatic cell culture combine time-lapse imaging. The microscopic module support fluorescence, brightfield, color brightfield, and phase contrast and microplate reader could support UV/VIS, Fluorescence, Luminescence, Time-resolved fluorescence detection. Finally, Software Gen5™ could control the “Cytation™ 5” and support the imaging analysis.
