儀器描述
PerkinElmer自動化微量盤操作平台整合了BioTek MultiFlo FX與405 LS進行多孔盤的液體分注與多孔盤清洗；以及PerkinElmer的Janus工作站進行各項液體分注，轉移及混合的需要。實驗結果的判讀可以使用EnSpire進行螢光、冷光以及穿透光的訊號判讀；或是使用Opera Phenix高內涵影像篩選系統進行細胞影像的型態分析。

Description
The PerkinElmer Cell::Explorer automation station integrates the BioTek MultiFlo FX and 405 LS for the liquid dispensing and washing for microplate; and the Janus workstation of PerkinElmer for various liquid dispensing, transfer and mixing needs. The resilt of experimental results can use EnSpire for fluorescence, luminescence, and penetrating light signal interpretation; or use the Opera Phenix high-content imaging screening system for cell image phenotype analysis.
Application
- Supports 96-well and 384-well microplate.
- With incubator for microplates can be used for cell culture while automation.
