PerkinElmer Opera Phenix高內涵影像篩選系統可進行高通量的細胞型態篩選,透過隨附軟體的分析功能可進行批次的大量細胞影像型態分析進行藥物篩選。

使用注意事項

  • 使用非高內涵影像專用多孔盤,可能會有盤子最外圍的well無法拍攝的情形

  • 多孔盤的高度不可超過2公分

  • 使用活細胞系統另收取氣體費用

Description

The PerkinElmer Opera Phenix high-content screening system is designed to carry out high-throughput cellular phenotype screening.

Application

  • Laser light source and penetrating light source
  • Capture images in threefluorescent channels simultaneously, minimize the time required for experiment
  • High-throughput cell image phenotypic analysis
  • 6-1536 well microplate plate or slide image
  • Equipped with high NA water mirrors for better imaging quality
  • Widefield and confocal imaging modes
  • Live cell imaging
  • Fixed cell imaging
  • An incubator capable of controlling temperature and maintaining carbon dioxide concentration during imaging
  • 3D image capture
  • 3D image quantitative analysis
  • Z-axis image scanning

Specifications

  • Supported plate type: 6-1536 well microplate, supports slide imaging with adapter.
  • Light source: solid state lasers: UV: 375 nm, Blue: 488 nm, Green/Yellow: 561 nm, Red: 640 nm; LED light source: 740 nm.

Notes for use

  • The outer surrounding well may not available for imaging while using a microplate not designed for high-content screening.
  • The height of microplate cannot exceed 2 cm.

This instrument currently does not provide self-operation.

Facility location

The instrument is temporarily placed in Room 645, 6th Floor, Interdisciplinary Research Building for Science and Technology.
