儀器描述
微流體型循環腫瘤細胞篩選系統 (Fluxion Biosciences Isoflux system) 是一台全自動微量細胞篩選系統，可以從血液或其他懸浮細胞中完整擷取微量細胞，同時保存細胞完整度與存活率．利用微流體技術(Microfluidic system)搭配原廠(Fluxion)的試劑，不但保有免疫磁珠法(Magnetic Beads)的高回收率及靈活度，更提升了細胞通過數量，有利於篩選並收集數量極少的罕見細胞，例如:循環腫瘤細胞(CTCs)的篩選。
主要特點
- 1. 每次可以同時分離四組樣品，每天總更可以進行１６組樣品分離。
- 2. 可接受各種類懸浮細胞樣品，例如全血，培養過後的細胞，分離的組織細胞。
- 3. 搭配不同磁株抗體可以客製化細胞擷取流程，增加實驗設計可行性。
- 4. 全自動細胞擷取系統，有效減少實驗操作所需的時間。
- 5. 分離的細胞可以接續單細胞基因檢測，基因突變點分析，螢光原位雜交應用，細胞培養。
使用注意事項
需搭配原廠提供試劑與微流體晶片耗材。耗材可自備或由核心共儀收費提供。

Description
Isoflux system is an automatic cell isolation system which can capture rare cells from whole blood or cell suspension with high cell viability. The IsoFlux system combine the advantage of microfluidic system and the immuno-magnetic beads technology to provide the highly cell recovery rate and increase the harvested cell numbers that is suitable for rare cell capturing, such as CTCs.
Main specification
- 1. Four samples per run, sixteen samples per day.
- 2. All suspension cells are suitable for isoflux, including whole blood, cell culture, isolated tissue cells.
- 3. Customize magnetic antibody which provide the flexibility for specific rare cells isolation.
- 4. Automatic cell capture system which decrease the operating time.
- 5. The isolated cells can follow the single cell gene analysis, point mutation detection, FISH, cell culture, or other application.
